Independent studio with terrace

My place has a mezzanine bed and sofa bed (4 people). A closed cabin is available for storing bikes and surfboards. It is close to the beach (4 km), restaurants, BAB2 shopping center, Spain (30 km), the historic center of Bayonne, Biarritz... You will appreciate its functionality, its location (quick access to all kinds of activities). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers or families with kids or teenagers. The space Studio on the ground floor of a full-foot house divided into 4 units. The entrance is independent and the studio has a small outdoor area with garden table and chairs. A shed (shared) is also available for bike storage and/or surfboards. Other things to note We are likely to go through the terrace at your disposal, especially for the maintenance of outdoor areas. The studio is likely to be visited in view of its rental to a student from September to June. Of course, if this happens, you will be informed of any visits planned and we will ensure the integrity of your personal belongings.
