The large furnished sunroom in the front of the house is furnished with table seating for 4 - perfect for reading a good book and enjoying a good cup of coffee at any time of the day. The wall-mounted split a/c is perfect for keeping the apartment cool in summer months and warm in cooler months. The large front yard has an outdoor brick (charcoal) BBQ and an additional gas grill for guest use. There are a washer and dryer available for guest's use. The washer and dryer are shared with the neighboring unit. Parking for two cars and Wifi for guest use. Handicap friendly (ground level, no stairs; not ADA compliant).
