End unit. 2 windows in the living room and 2 balcony. Check the photos. What you see is what you get. Guest access All amenities is accessible to guest with minimal fees. You may pay in Property Management Office located in Clubhouse. Fitness Gym - around 60 pesos per day Swimming Pool - 112 per day per guest. Maximum of 5. Available Tuesday to Friday for short term tenants. Badminton Court - with minimal fees per hour. Parking Space - 300 per day Basketball court no fees if no use of light. Wifi is available in the unit and in the clubhouse. Password for the unit given after you check-in. For the clubhouse, you may check with the property management office located in the clubhouse lower ground floor. Other things to note You will be accountable to any damages done during your stay. Deposit will be returned immediately after the check-out. Cleaning fee is one time charge for the whole duration of your stay. It is payment for the laundry and cleaning of area per booking. No daily cleaning.
