The villa is a typical Marche farmhouse, completely renovated, with 2 floors and 2 independent apartments. The apartment on the first floor is available for stays of at least 6 nights all year round. The house has a large garden and surrounding farmland overlooking Monte San Vicino and the Verdicchio hills. It is located in the center of Staffolo (AN), in Contrada Madonna del Piano. Inside the property there is the historic shrine dedicated to the Madonna. The space "Casazianna" is the real name of our house and remembers the person who built and cared for it for years with dedication and love for nature. The house is completely surrounded by greenery and surrounded by the Marche hills of Verdicchio wine. Our two cats, Grigetta and Piripicchio, who is very sociable, live on the ground floor! The terrace of the house enjoys a unique view of the Marche countryside and is ideal for breakfast or an aperitif. The garden, full of fruit trees and plants, is always cool and is perfect for relaxing outdoors, reading or sunbathing. At the request of guests, 3 additional beds are available in an annex located in the garden of the house (photos in the listing), if interested, please communicate this in the booking request. Guest access Guests will have the apartment located on the first floor, totally independent and with its own entrance, the entire 2000 sqm garden and the orchard. You can relax outdoors, read, sunbathe, pick seasonal fruit or cook on the fire. The beaches of Conero are among the most beautiful on the Adriatic coast and are about 45 minutes away from the house by car. The house is a great starting point for excursions in the Marche Apennines or the Sibillini mountains, to visit the Frasassi caves, the Sanctuary of Loreto and the numerous villages of the hinterland of the region.
