Amazing View Split-Level Flat in Hackney

Lovely bright and cosy flat in fashionable Hackney, 4 min from the train station. Great for travellers interested to discover East London’s emerging culture: alternative markets, music scene, shopping opportunities, amazing parks. Or for travellers who want to work remotely! Numerous plants in the flat will make you feel homely. Great for parents with children too, as there are toys in the apartment. The space This family split-level flat is located on the last two floors of a late modernist 1970's apartment block. It features great unobstructed views from all rooms, reaching as far as the skyscrapers of the City of London. You can enjoy amazing skies and the sunset from the living room or from your bed in the guest room. The guest bedroom is on the upper floor and is equipped with a double bed, comfy mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and chest of drawers. The living room is on the lower floor has a large library and a balcony facing west, great for enjoying a coffee or a drink when the weather is sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay (cutlery, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc). The bathroom and a separate toilet, are both on the upper level. There are plants throughout the property, in the guest bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Things to note: - Gatherings, parties and other sorts of social events are strictly forbidden. - There is no TV at the property. There is wi-fi and the guests can use their own subacriptions ans portable devices. - There are stairs within the property, so if you have mobility issues, get in touch before booking. - The building is not a gated community of any sort. Its residents are not all young and trendy, but it comprises a true section through the East London community. Despite the rough appearance of the shared areas of the building (such as the entrance and the elevator lobby) the building is safe and the neighbours are friendly. Guest access The guests can access all the rooms in the flat except the second bedroom. The second bedroom is not rented out, as we use it for storage and as a drying room for bed linen when we are renting out the flat, while we are away travelling. Other things to note If you are travelling with children, let us know so we can prepare the flat for special sleeping arrangements. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for comfortable stay. However, the maximum number of adults staying at the property is 2. Having a child ourselves, we know how different parents' needs and routines can be. The flat caters for that just fine. Guests should note that there is now a toy corner in the lounge, in addition to what is shown on photos.
