Our apartment is a true Goan delight - A refuge of privacy and serenity. It intends to create a private hideaway in tune with nature, simple, spacious, no frill yet fresh and romantic. This 50 sq mtr, well appointed apartment features a minimalistic decor, combined with modern facilities and breathtaking views. It houses a kingsize bed, an equipped kitchenette and a verandah with view of pool & scenic paddy fields. The space Our apartment has power back for uninterrupted power supply. This airconditioned studio is furnished with solid wood sheesham furniture and modern appliances. You get a kitchenette, shower cubicle & western toilet & amazing pool view in this beautiful studio. It houses a large bed, a study cum dining table, private verandah with stunning view. Guest access The resort like complex is ideal place for your holiday. You may explore all areas, enjoy swimming pool that gives feel of an infinity pool. There is ample secured parking, free of cost to our guests. Rules at public areas are applicable & expected to be followed. Other things to note 1. Included in price: a. Clean & fresh room at check in & final cleaning at check out. Additional cleaning, (during stay) will be on request & prior notice, at a supplement cost. b. Initial supply of bed linen and towels. Additional Linen change (during stay) will be on request & prior notice, at a supplement cost. 2. NOT Included/ Not provided: a. Toiletries b. Any food / beverage. c. Towels for public area - pool/ beach. 3. We may not take a security deposit at time of booking, but at the time of check in, a damage deposit will be required. 4. Please check cancelation terms & additional expense cost as per your travel dates as the same may vary. 5. Please read the house rules as these are to be followed. What we need before your arrival: 1. Your arrival and departure details (including flight no/ train name & arrival time) atleast 3 days before you arrive. 2. Copy of a photo id (with address) of all guests. Housekeeping service is available on demand & extra fee. For stay extending more than 2 nights, its mandatory to have the apartment cleaned.
