Halaman Boutique Guesthouse is artfully converted from a very old shophouse with a large green courtyard and a private swimming pool (Yes! completely private). This is an ideal place for urban staycation. Covid SOP by Gov: - all adult guest must be fully vaccinated + 14 days - booking person takes full responsibility to ensure other guest compliant to SOP - guest with covid symptom shall not enter the permise. The space Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a decent size balcony looking into a green sunny courtyard. All bedrooms are air-con. All common area, living and dining are open-air but under cool shade. Guest access The common area includes the spacious courtyard, swimming pool, living room, and dining / kitchen. Other things to note - only allow 10 pax in the house - no loud noise / music - no wild drinking party - no smoking in bedrooms - keep the house clean (becuase we didn't charge extre cleaning fee like other) - do not throw rubbish at garden - check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm - late check-out fee RM100/hour - change booking date in less than 14 days from check-in is subject to 50% fee penalty.
