Near pool, lakes, summer toboggan & inclined plane. The space Our village house is fully independent, surrounded by nature, in absolute quiet and without any overlooking neighbors. A true haven of peace away from the noise: the nearest shops are 3 km away (a car is essential). Ground floor: Enjoy a spacious, warm, and bright living area. The comfortable lounge features a cosy coach, a wood-burning stove (free firewood provided for cozy evenings), a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso + Dolce Gusto coffee machines, dishwasher, and washing machine. Safety gates are installed for the stairs to give families peace of mind. First floor: The sleeping area includes 3 quiet bedrooms with storage. A dedicated desk space combined with Wi-Fi allows for smooth remote working. Bed linen is provided for your comfort. Outdoors & leisure: Enjoy a charming enclosed garden and a double terrace. A large outdoor dining table lets you eat outside around the BBQ. For relaxing moments: sun loungers and a ping-pong table. The house is located in a peaceful setting at an altitude of 600 meters. A car is strictly necessary for getting around (nearest shops are 3 km away). !!! STRASBOURG IS ONE HOUR DRIVE !!! By Car: A4 Highway exit Sarrebourg / Phalsbourg (only a 10-minute drive away), then follow directions to Lutzelbourg. Distances: Phalsbourg 5 km, Saverne 12 km, Strasbourg 65 km (approx. 1-hour drive). Tip for visiting Strasbourg or Metz: To avoid city traffic and parking hassles, we recommend taking the train from the nearby railway stations in Lutzelbourg or Saverne, which offer direct connections to Strasbourg and Metz. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – MANDATORY WINTER EQUIPMENT (Nov 1 – Mar 31): From November 1st to March 31st, as the house is located at 600 m altitude, winter equipment is legally required by law. Your vehicle must be equipped with snow / 4-season tires (with the snowflake symbol) OR you must carry snow chains / snow socks in your trunk. Depending on the weather, snow or ice may occur. Even if roads are cleared, these equipments are mandatory. Other things to note Accessibility: Access to the first floor is via a steep staircase. Therefore, the house is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) or anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Cleanliness & Comfort: The first floor (bedrooms) is a "no-shoes" zone. Please remember to bring your slippers! (A few pairs of Crocs are also available on-site for your convenience).
