Welcome to our little paradise for families with babies, children and couples! On the ground floor, a large living room, with a fully equipped kitchen & seating area with wood stove... On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms: 2 offer beds of 160 and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. The absolute must: the double terrace! with BBQ, ping pong table & deckchairs for all! The village is a "far-off place" with absolute calm, air and walks or mountain biking, swimming pool, lakes, summer toboggan, inclined plane... The space Our village house is autonomous and has a small enclosed garden, it is not overlooked, quiet... the ground floor is a large room with equipped kitchen, including washing machine, sofas and wood-burning stove, the bedrooms are all on the 1st floor, protected by a barrier for the little ones. The wood is provided. A small outbuilding allows you to store strollers and bikes. A garden shed houses the deckchairs, and a garden table allows you to have all your meals outside. For your leisure, the hiking maps of the area and the Ping Pong table are at your disposal. Guest access Strasbourg is 65 km and 1 hour away, Saverne 12 km and Phalsbourg 5 km. The nearest train stations are Lutzelbourg or Saverne, which connect very easily to Strasbourg or Metz to avoid parking problems! Access: A4 Sarrebourg/Phalsbourg highway exit then follow the direction Lutzelbourg. The highway is a 1-minute drive away. WARNING!!! From 11/01 to 03/31, special snow equipment is required to access the village. You must have either snow or 4-season tires with the "flake" logo or snow chains or socks in your trunk. The house is located at an altitude of 600 m in an area affected by the winter law. You will probably never use this equipment, but it is legally required. Other things to note The 1st floor is a "no shoes" floor, don't forget your slippers (Crocs available on site)
