Charming Old Building: Schanze-St Pauli w. Balcony

Beautiful old building flat ideal for 4, but possible for 6 friends or family members in the heart of Hamburg's best areas: Schanze, St. Pauli and Karoviertel. Bus and metro in 3-10 minutes distance. The space The big old building apartment (100 m2) in the heart of Hamburg, with original stucco is located in the second floor of our blue house. It has 4 rooms with wood floor, two balconys to the front and backyard, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra WC. The big bedroom has a living area of 16 m² and a huge bed (160 cm) plus a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view to the neighbour's garden of the backyard. There is a red bedsofa (120cm) in the guestroom that you can use for the 2nd couple or your kids. There is even the possibility to stay with 6 people, if you don't mind getting a bit narrower: there are additional 2 beige sofas in the living room - just ask me. The kitchen includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee pot, an oven, a refrigerator plus freezer facilities - what you can use to cook or make yourself a nice breakfast. WiFi is of course available. The Hamburg Tourist tax is to be paid cash at arrival - usually 1 Euro per guest per night. Please leave it on the commode in the floor. Guest access Besides your room, please enjoy the balcony, the kitchen, and the living room! If not necessary please do not use my workroom, because of personal stuff and storage while you are my guests. Please do not enter this room. Other things to note I am obliged by law to collect the Hamburg tourist tax and transfer it to the city. Please leave 1 € per guest and per night in cash or ask for pay pal.
