On our property, there is one small Studio House and 12 beachfront Apartments in the big rose house. There are 3 apartments with two bedrooms! All guests share the garden and outside suntanning platforms over a little rocky beach. ✔ You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). ✔ Great for exploring, fishing, diving/snorkeling and relaxing, enjoying the sea and best sunsets on the coast of Montenegro. Ever had a BBQ during a sunset? Very quiet place and neighborhood. A perfect getaway from the city chaos to recharge your energy. ✔ Enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation, holiday, try living for 30 days and see if you have the skills to catch fish or light a fire. ★★★★★ Couple of things you do need to know before you book: --> FREE PARKING - Parking is not on property and is 20 meters above the property, shared between the neighbors. If the closest parking place is crowded, we will provide you with a private parking space that is just 15 meters away. --> SLOPE & STAIRS - The house has three floors and a staircase to the 4th floor with a roof and a seating area. Each floor has 4 apartments.. Apartments are located on each floor and have stairs (16 steps). Small Studio House is on the ground level next to the house with Apartments. There is a 20m slope to our property. Not recommended for Elderly guests and those with serious spinal injuries! --> ROCKY BEACH: There are no sand beaches. We have a wild rocky beach below the property, nearby concrete platforms and close by beaches made out of pebbles. --> THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR IS ACCURATE - Yes, the calendar is accurate and up to date. If the dates you're seeking are not listed as available, then they're not available. Guest access --> GARDEN & OUTSIDE PLATFORMS - Guests have access to the garden area of the property and can use FREE chairs, tables, & umbrellas as well as the platforms outside of the property where guests go for suntanning, relaxing or just enjoying the view. --> KEYS & INFO - Guests get the KEYS to the apartment and an emergency/safety card with the useful phone numbers and resources. Other things to note --> AIRPORT/TRAIN SHUTTLE - We offer transportation of guests to/from Montenegro airports and train/bus station in Bar. (you can see the price once you confirm the booking in "Getting Around" section). --> TOURIST TAX - All guests are required to register with the Tourist Office for the duration of their stay. Utjeha-Busat Tourist Office charges a standard Montenegro tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day for the duration of your stay. Children under 12 don't pay the tax. The required registration is 24h after the check-in.
