My house is located in between of Tan Son Nhat Airport/Train Station and the City Center District 1 (Ben Thanh/Nguyen Hue) There are many shops, around banks, restaurants, vegetarian, street food, coffee shops, baber, beauty salon, Big C Super Market... within walking distance (To Hien Thanh, & Cach Mang thang 8 streets). Direction to my house: When You arrive the airport after check out, take the Taxi "Vina Sun or Mai Linh" ( if you have a lot of luggage)  otherwise you can use grabbike or Uber The space If you want to ask me why you should book our room and what creates my space is different from the others. It's a new house and full of conveniences of every sort (It was built six month ago. In blue color among the others apartment which are around fresh. On the other hand, owned space is quite spacious, with one bed per room, full kitchen, hard wooden floor and high speed wifi. It's located right near the city center, (It is nearly Ben Thanh market, Duc Ba cathedrad, Ho Chi Minh museum, 23/9 park, Saigon Square, Vincom and so on, just only 5 kilometers by taxi in 10 minutes. Moreover, you can try some food of Vietnam around you on To Hien Thanh street, Su Van Hanh street by walk such as fruit, Bun Bo, Pho, Tam Rice, Hot pot, tea milk ....). Especially, you can walk about 5 minutes to find everything you need in Big C supermarket, which buy food, fruit, personal belongings and so on. You also find ATM machine to draw out money from many bank (Vietcombank, Sacombank, BIDV …) Take the alley number 163, you turn right, then you can see the most beautiful house with seven floor. It's my house in the right. Easily to have a wonderful room, don't forget take a look at the pictures of my listing, you will know some information about equipment in room. If you're a romantic, you can choose a cozy room with pink or purple designs. Additionally, you can choose a room with a balcony to relax and look at something around the city to know Ho Chi Minh city is very beautiful. If you smoke, you can up the terrace. It's large and has many flower. Air conditioning 24/7, bathroom towels, private space, our laundry facility and full-kitchen. From my house to airport not far (about 7 kilometers), you just only lose under $5 to come that. There are many companies' taxi such as Vinasun, Mai Linh ..... If you want to save money, you can use some app like Uber, Grabtaxi. Moreover, you can use Grabbike, if you don't have too much luggages. You can try the food made by me. If you want to learn about Vietnamse food, I can teach you how to cook it. You will feel like home while staying here. All of members in my house are friendly, humorous, kind and amazing :))
