This very airy and comfortable Loft apartment(4th floor with no elevator) is developed in two floors, It starts with the lounge area with a ceiling fan that opens into a small balcony with a table and two chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dinning table, a bathroom in mosaic tiles and white Portuguese Marble with a comfortable shower enclosure, The upper level with the bedroom that has a very nice view over the river and Lisbon's rooftops is reached by a metal and wood snail staircase. The space This Loft apartment is developed in two floors, It starts with a very comfortable longe area with a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV and two tall french windows that open into a very cosy balcony with a table and two chairs, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a glass dinning table, a bathroom in mosaic tiles and in white Portuguese Marble with it's comfortable shower enclosure. The upper level with the bedroom has a window with a great view over Lisbon's rooftops and the river is reached by a metal and wood snail type staircase. The apartment has air conditioning and electric heating. The fully equipped Kitchenette, includes two induction hobbs, a microwave with a grill, a dishwasher, a washing/drying machine and a fridge with a small freezer. Rua da Bica is buzzing with city night life on Fridays and Saturdays and the wooden windows with double glass help isolate from the city's nightlife buzz.
