Amazing scenery, quiet area, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with cool hosts definitely won't leave you indifferent and potentially might even make you fall in love with our place ☺️ The space The apartment is situated on the first floor of the newly built house, just few meters away from sea, facing beautiful Primošten aquatorium. With size of 45 m² it has one bedroom, big dining room/living room (common space), kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, while in the living room there's a pullout couch which can be used as additional sleeping space with mattress topper on it. Also the living room/dining room are connected with the kitchen which is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all other necessary accessories (cutlery, cooking and eating sets). The apartment space gets lots of daylight through the glass wall which leads out in the open terrace – offering a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, while absorbing relaxing sounds of the waves and unforgettable sea view. Terrace has a divider between two apartments, giving each side enough privacy. Because of how the house is located – under the road, behind a rock, and in front of the sea – the apartments get lot of refreshing breeze, which makes it a natural cooling system during summers. Other things to note All guests are required to present their identification documents (ID or passport) upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register each guest at the local authority's database (tourist board, police), we will have to collect info from your valid personal document.
