We are renting out our wonderful seaside appartement in the living complex with infrastructure at your access (spa, swimming pools, gym, gardens and bbq zone), 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is located between the mountains and the sea so you have stunning view. Just come and enjoy your stay, you won't regret! The space The 3 rooms+big terrace apartment is located in My Marine Residence, block A (living complex with all infrastructure). This Residence is perfectly located between mountains from one side and the sea from the other side in 700m distance from the beach. Guest access The apartment is located in the Residence. Plenty of facilities are situated on the territory of the Residence and available for free of charge. Spa complex with swimming pool, sauna, hamam (Turkish 40 degrees sauna with hot stones), fitness centre, chilling zone 2 open swimming pools Tennis court BBQ zone Park with exotic flowers and fruit trees Small aqua park for children Other things to note The apartment is very cozy (we decorated everything for ourselves with good furniture and design project). There are 2 bedrooms which are separated, kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms and the open air balcony with the stunning view. Deposit of 200 EUR is requested during check-in: the deposit is restituted in the end of your stay (subject to damages in the appartment). Water and electricity bills are paid during checkout based on the guests consumption during their stay. During your check-in and check-out the measurements for water and electricity will be taken in front of you.
