Taller guests may have to be more careful. - Our home is a scented home This home is a duplex. This apartment is on the second level and we live in the back on the main floor. Upper level of house (Duplex), with 1 flight of stairs to common areas. Shared Kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms. This home central to everything you need. It has the basic essentials for a budget traveler. If you're looking for a clean place to sleep, make a quick snack and shower my home would be suitable for you. There are 2 other private rooms sharing the home. Total of 3 rooms in the upper unit. My husband and I live on the main floor. Our two cars are parked in the back. The backyard is for my husband, me, and our 3 little dogs only. Access into the back is not permitted as it's our little private sanctuary. Top floor in the attic, there are 2 flights of stairs. Total of 21 steps. If you have trouble with stairs, this home would not be suitable. Guest access Guest will arrive at the front entrance (Door A) and they will have access to one parking spot. Check in time is anytime after 4 pm to 11 pm Check out time is anytime before 11 am. Luggage drop off may be arranged ahead of time if notified. During your stay -Self Check in My partner and I live in the back side of the house. Our interaction with guests will be very minimal as we have separate entrances. We can meet you at your arrival but we will be available at any time if urgent. We have 3 small dogs. The back yard is the owners private area and is not shared with guests. Loretta is easily reachable on the air bnb app messaging. It is connected through our multiple phones. You may call but the fastest way is through air bnb. Please check in before 11 pm as I normally will be asleep by 11 pm. Other things to note Our unique ceilings have lowered areas. Taller guests may have to be more careful. Guest will have a shared full kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 other rooms if occupied. Upper unit, one flight of stairs. Towels, linens, soaps, and hair dryer are all included. No laundry facilities on site. Laundromat located a block away. This room is on the upper level, there is two flights of stairs. If you're a senior or have trouble with stairs this home would not be suitable. The shared Kitchen, dining room, primary bathroom is on the second level. The secondary bathroom is on the main floor by the front entrance. No third-party bookings (Primary guest needs to have their own AirBnb account and coming personally- we do not accept bookings made for friends or family) Mature guests only ages 25+ Not suitable for children under 12 years of age No pets This is a scented home This is a small family home as it is not a hotel structure-noises in the late evening and after 11 pm will carry throughout the home. We have a quiet home and would like to keep it that way for everyone’s comfort. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
