Casinha da Avó - seafront duplex apartment with two bedrooms (double & twin beds), sleeping 4, amazing sea view terrace solely for guests, A\C living area and both bedrooms with kitchenette, deluge shower, centrally located in village just 45 mins from Lisbon. Access: Stairs to the apartment and first floor (bedrooms & shower room), more stairs to the living area and terrace. Between 29 June - 31 Aug require a Saturday changeover & minimum of 7 nights. Guest access Guests will be able to access the 2nd and 3rd floors of this 3 storey house. They will not be able to gain access to the other apartment located at the top of the 1st flight of stairs. They are more than welcome to use the terrace space, but please refrain from smoking whilst on there. Other things to note Casinha da Avo is located on the front row of houses alongside the Atlantic Ocean coastline. It's location is fantastic, near the Fortaleza and a number of local bakeries and shops. Alongside this, it is close to a variety of restaurants, which can be recommended where needed. Lisbon is only a 45 minute taxi or 60 minute bus ride away, allowing for a beach and city break to be combined. Registration Details 98/2016 AL
