Rental unit in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Spacious apartment with incredible sea views over the Monaco Bay. This is my artist friends Paolos much loved seahouse retreat where I love to come to enjoy the coast, the sea, the beautiful views and amazing sunsets, which I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious livingroom and a separate kitchen. The space The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofabed that sleeps 2, two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a large terrace with amazing views over the bay of Monaco. Sleeps 5: Double bed in the bedroom Two single beds (or one double bed) in small bedroom Sofabed in the living room Two bathrooms with shower Fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, orange juicer, toaster, etc... There is a washing machine, stereo, fast wifi internet and cable tv. The apartment is located on the hill of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, at a walking distance to the the beach (10min) and the train station (15 min). We suggest to arrive by car to be able to travel in the area easily. There is a private parking place (included in the rental) in front of the building. As this is my holiday home and I live in Milan you will be received by my lovely friend Claudia who lives close by. Extra services on demand: Daily cleaning services Check in and check out times are flexible if possible (if there are no other guests leaving or arriving the same day). Due to increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures we may not be able to accomodate late checkouts. Please be precise about your arrival time as Claudia will be waiting for you :) Please note that pets are welcome but the cleaning service asks for a 20€ supplement that should be paud upon arrival Also extra guests are welcome to stay even if you have not added them in the booking request. However please inform us and kindly pay the 20€ per person per day extra. Please feel free to contact me for more info! Guest access Guests will have the apartment to themselves and are free to use the whole apartment. Please feel free to use all the appliances and feel at home. There is a parking space in front of the apartment that guests are free to use. Other things to note You might be aware that Roquebrune Cap Martin is famous for hosting Le Cabanon by renowed architect Le Corbusier, where he often came to spend his holidays and exchange ideas with Eileen Gray. As a hommage to the 1952 project the beds in the apartment have been designed as a modern coloured version, but with the same functionality and essential lines. We definetely recommend visiting Eileens Gray E-1027 museum house where you can also see Le Corbusiers Cabanon.
