The property is located on a 11,000 sqm private estate, nestled in a beautiful setting and untouched nature. A pleasant walk takes you downhill in 15 minutes to the small coastal town of Cavo, where you can get everything you need for everyday needs (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, doctor, 3 diving centers and sailing school, scooter and motorboat rental). The picturesque village is still entirely in Italian hands and, with its bars, pizzerias and restaurants, invites you to enjoy and linger.
