Sagrada Familia - Centric Apartment

The space DESCRIPTION: The apartment is fully renovated with a modern and convenient style. It's a modest but well located apartment, right next to the Sagrada Familia and with many public transport options around. With about 60 square meters, it has 3 separate and independent bedrooms, a full equipped kitchen and dining with TV. One room with a comfortable double bed (190 x 160), other with bunk beds (190 x 80) and a single small bed for children (170 x 75) and a third room with a single bed (200 x 90). One modern Bathroom with shower, hot air and hot/cool water; a complete kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven and all kinds of utensils for you to cook and have a good breakfast or meal. There is a TV, connection to internet via WiFi and also a washing machine, iron and dry-hair on the apartment. THE APARTMENT. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a lift. It has a terrace overlooking a courtyard which gives plenty of light and is very quiet both day and night. AMENITIES Towels and sheets are included to have a good accommodation. A baby cot and / or a bed barrier for children is available if needed without cost. There is Internet connection via WiFi. TOURIST RATES The general rate in Barcelona city is accompanied by a municipal surcharge which is currently: General Rate: €2.25 per person per day Municipal surcharge: €4 per person adult per day. NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is very close to many types of stores, souvenirs and supermarkets where to get anything you need to prepare a quite eat at home and also you'll be surrounded of all kind of great restaurants, nice café's, tapas bars where to go if you prefer eating out as a Italian Restaurant just next door were you can enjoy Italian food (pasta, pizza, etc.) It's also situated in a very commercial area where to walk around, visit the Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in 2 minutes (same street) , the monumental bullring 10 minutes and 30 minutes from beaches where you can find all kind of restaurants, terraces and night clubs. HOW CLOSE IS THE APARTMENT TO THE CITY CENTRE OR DOWN TOWN? The apartment is located 2 minutes walking to Sagrada Familia and full of all kind of supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The apartment is well connected by BUS, METRO and you can also go walking to the City Centre, Beaches, Port, etc. Next to the UNDERGROUND-METRO (Line "L2" and Line "L5": ""Sagrada Familia") from there you have 3 stops or 5 minutes to Down Town where you'll find streets like "Paseo de Gracia" and "Plaza Cataluña" (main commercial areas in Barcelona). If you prefer you can even go walking with a walk of 20-25 minutes (about 10 blocks). Next to the BUS STATION (Line 62: "Pl. Cataluña" (Down town & commercial area) and Line 19: "Port Vell" (port, restaurants, commercial area, tours, aquarium,...) PARKING IN THE AREA If you need a place to park a car meanwhile you are in Barcelona and close to the apartment, you should know that during the weekend, you probably will not have problem to leave the car on the street for free due to some special areas that are enabled for this, but from Monday to Friday it is more difficult. There is a Parking very close to the apartment that has a good price (at least in Barcelona) the web address is: (URL HIDDEN) Once you are in the web you have to check the parking in Mallorca Street, the parking is in the address: Mallorca, 423 and the apartment is Mallorca, 466 so it's really close. HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT? Once you've done the reservation you will see several options to arrive to the apartment from de Airport. Guest access PARKING IN THE AREA Regarding to the parking, if you need a place to park a car meanwhile you are in Barcelona and close to the apartment, you should know that during the weekend, you probably will not have problem to leave the car on the street for free due to some special areas that are enabled for this, but from Monday to Friday it is more difficult. Do NOT leave the car in front of the apartment from Monday (08:00 h am) to Friday night, police use to remove the car and you will have to pay a fine. There is a Parking very close to the apartment ((URL HIDDEN) it has a good price (at least in Barcelona). The address is in the same Street Mallorca num. 423 to 150 m from the apartment and Mallorca num. 555 to 700 m from the apartment, (the cost for less than a week is 14 € x day; 70 euros per week and 8 euros per day from the eighth day). They allow you to do a pre-reservation and you don’t need to pay until you arrive.
