BRIGHT & QUIET with PARKING

It is a very comfortable, pleasant, quiet and sunny apartment that is equipped with everything you need for you to spend some pleasant days in Barcelona. It will be a pleasure to meet you. ramon The space We offer you an exterior apartment with two rooms adjacent to the GRACIA district. It has a spacious, airy and bright living room (we renewed sofas) with a very sunny terrace and two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed (top quality mattress and bed renovated in May 2023). The kitchen and bathroom are not new but they were renovated in 2016 and they are nice and work perfectly. Air conditioning in the living room and very fast fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. The apartment is fully equipped: - Television - Heating system - Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer…..etc - Bed linen, towels, hair dryer and basic food supplies (oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, etc.) - Ironing equipment and washing machine available. - Travel cot available. There is an elevator in the building and a large parking space available on the ground floor (Important: the parking lot is not suitable for vans). You will find all kinds of food stores nearby. Guests are expected to respect the rest of the neighbors and be quiet at night. We believe that our place is perfect for families, couples and/or a small group of friends who appreciate the tranquility at noon/night. The apartment is 5 min. walk from the metro station "Lesseps" (L3) as well as the bus stops that take you directly to Pº Gracia and Plaza Catalunya/Ramblas. It may take 10 min. to Pº Gracia by public transport and 30 min. if you feel like strolling through the neighborhood of Gracia. The place is 10 min. walk from the escalators of Park Güell and 15 min. walk from the heart of Gracia, one of the most characteristic and entertaining neighborhoods of Barcelona. The check-out of the apartment must be done at 11:00 a.m., to have time to clean the apartment if other guests arrive. And that's pretty much it! Our goal is to make you feel at home in Barcelona.
