The space The Little GReeNce is a newly renovated minimalistic studio (16m2), the size of a student's room, only 5 small steps from the ground floor. The apartment has a sofa that turns into a double bed (1,3mX1,9m), electric-thermo blanket, safety door, an alternative foldable shelf+table, a kitchen nicely equipped (microwave, small fridge, boiler, toast maker etc), A/C (inverter), small TV, vacuum cleaner, iron&ironing board and a bathroom with shower (with everything you need), foldable chairs+tables (2+2). For the smokers there is a tiny balcony with no much of a view. TLG will give you a unique sense of hospitality to enjoy your stay in our city without spending much. Guest access Be TLF’s guest! He also tries to Reduse (consumption), Reuse (objects), Recycle (materials)! Help him following the green part of the rules in the special annex. TLG also cares for the weaks. He is thankful for all the blessings but doesn’t forget that many people lack of basic goods. So commits to use every year at least 5% of his profit, with your help, to support philanthropic and environmental organizations (by the end of every year).
