Le Ruault: Poplar House (Loire Valley)

Le Ruault is close to the chateaux of the Loire valley and plenty of excellent vineyards. A tranquil space in which to relax and breathe, great for couples, families and big groups (when rented with Orchard Cottage). Poplar House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom; the other three can all be set up as a large double or two singles). There are 7 acres (2.5 hectares) of grounds to relax in, including an outdoor pool (shared with Orchard Cottage and heated mid-May to mid-September). The space Poplar House is spacious with a large lounge and kitchen. There is covered outdoor space where you can eat and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bedlinen, bath towels and teatowels are provided. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool. It has four bedrooms. Two are on the upper floor at opposite ends of the house each with their own staircase. There is NO connecting corridor on the upper floor. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite shower room. The other three bedrooms can all be set up as two 90cm single beds or one 180cm superking bed. They share two bathrooms - one has a walk-in shower as well, while the other has a shower attachment over the bath. Guest access You need a car to get around, although we're close enough to a village if you want to cycle for your morning croissants. We have a large gravel drive, so there's plenty of space for parking. Other things to note We live on site in a small barn attached to Poplar House. High chair and travel cot available on request.
