A family room for up to four people. This room consists of a spacious double bedroom with a bathroom. Through the large bedroom, you enter the (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds. Breakfast is included in the price. In this room there is also room to add a camping bed which is also available. The space Our home is the old village school of Demerath. Upstairs are the guest rooms, this used to be the teacher's house. We live downstairs ourselves. Guest access Guests have access to the common area and the terrace where breakfast can also be served in good weather in consultation. In the common area, there are facilities to make coffee and tea. There is also a refrigerator available. This space is for guests only. Other things to note There are no restaurants or shops in Demerath. In nearby Ulmen or Daun, there are several options for a drink or a bite to eat and several shops. From June 1, 2026, tourist tax must be paid in the Daun region. This is at the rate of 2.10 per person (over 18 years old) per night. This must be paid in cash on the spot (payment by debit card is also possible).
