The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area offering a fully furnished front porch with great sea views and a second, more private patio at the back with table chairs and a gas Bbq. The kitchen is fully equipped and on the same floor there is also a guest toilet. One of the sofas in the living room can be made into a bed to accommodate a fifth guest. The upper floor features two large bedrooms and a family shower room.
