When making a booking please inform me of your arrival time in Dublin if you already know it. If you arrive before I can accommodate your check-in or if you need somewhere to leave your bags after you check-out, this can be done at Abbey Court Hostel (29 Bachelor's Walk), Tourist Office Dublin (29 Bachelor's Walk), downstairs in the Generator Hostel at Smithfield Square or Tipperary House Dublin a B&B/Luggage Storage at 7 Parkgate Street. Be advised that my building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, so you will have to use the stairs to get to my SECOND FLOOR apartment. 4 flights of stairs. The curtains in the living space are only for show; they DO NOT draw! Please don't attempt to pull them! The apartment is located in the city centre and so a certain amount of noise from the busy city streets should be expected. NO PARKING PROVIDED There is on-street parking on Liffey Street West from 7pm to 7am (at owner's risk) There is parking at the Collins Barracks museum of Decorative Arts and History which is PAY & DISPLAY: 0 to 3 Hours €2; All Day for €6 Monday - Saturday 7:30 - 18:00 (Gates Closed 18:30) Sunday 13:00 - 17:30 (Gates Closed 18:00) No Overnight parking provided. There are also two car parks around the corner on QUEEN STREET: Parkrite: (€3.00/hr or max €18/day) Smithfield Car Park: (€2.80 / hour or max €15/day) If you're planning on renting a car while in Dublin I recommend downloading the free GoCar Ireland app (pay-as-you-go car rental) before your trip. You are charged by the hour depending on the car type(starting from €8 an hour for small city cars), the first 50km of your journey are included free and any distance over 50km is charged at €0.50 per km. Each car has a fuel card so they cover the fuel bill aswell. It's free to sign up and use this code: zr1864 to get €10 off of your first use. The fine for losing a set of keys is €100 (possibly more) to cover the cost of replacing the keys and locks and by booking you are confirming that you will honour this fee in the event that you lose one of the two key sets I provide. Any bookings made for two guests or fewer will be cancelled by Airbnb as I only host groups of three people or more up to a limit of 7 guests. In the unlikely event that you damage my home or any items there-in, accidentally or intentionally, you have agreed by booking my apartment to cover repairs or replacements in full via the resolution centre. I have a minimum night stay for a reason kindly accept that and do not book for any nights you don't intend on staying as you will not be refunded. I do not accept payments from Alipay. If you plan to arrive after 12am or before 8am you will need to book for the night of the day before. For example, if you are arriving to the apartment at 12.30am (just after midnight) on Thursday you will need to book for Wednesday night. If you're on a road trip a website I recommend googling is "theirishroadtrip"
