Renovated D1 2BR Suite in Classic Saigon Villa

Our villa has just completed renovation as of mid-December 2022, the 2-bedroom suite is located on the 3rd floor with one bathroom shared between two bedrooms. Guests will love our space for its central location (impossible to find a villa in D1), built before 1975 & still preserve the architecture & traditions. In addition, we also offer free workspace for our guests open from 08:00-18:00. Ideal space - work, live, eat, and service. The space Private Space 1) Suite 201a & 201b on the third floor We also offer G. Chromecast Shared Space 1) Workspace & Read-space on the first/ground floor free for all guests and extra charges for public guests 2) Meeting room (upon request and extra charges) 3) Proper Office No. 1 - 3 operates from 08:00 - 18:00 4) Garage 5) Shared Kitchen for all guests 6) Shared Laundry room for all guests (with one washer& dryer, one washer, one dryer) 7) Rooftop just for our guests. We may host workshop sometimes, we seek your understanding that the workspace will then be solely dedicated for that workshop/private event. Services 1) Room cleaning - complimentary except weekends and public holidays 2) Airport transfer - at extra charges and subject to availability. 3) On-site security Guest access One free parking space for motorbike permitted. Other things to note (NOTE: ID/Passports will be required for registration for ALL guests staying at the property as per local regulations.)
