Comfy flat near bus/railway station

In the center, clean, cosy and roomy apartment, in a middle-class block with elevator. Large bedroom with one double and one single bed, full-equipped kitchen/dining room and bathroom (xxl shower). Fast Wi-Fi Internet. The location is ideal: between the central railway/bus station/airbus stop and main square (no need to take bus or taxi to center/old town), shops and restaurants around the corner. Free parking at the rear (not always available). The space Actually this apartment is my home and I am renting it just when I am not in Lj. So, here you will have a homey stay, as the space is not aseptic and impersonal like a hotel room. There is 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; full-equipped kitchen with dining table and recent renovated bathroom with XXL thermostat shower and washer. The place is warm in wintertime (central heating) and cool in summertime. The kitchen has a little balcony (the only smoking area) and is very sunny in the mornirng. Here you can prepare yourself breakfast/meal, using my essentials (salt, sugar, honey, oils, teas, coffee etc). I prefer natural materials, so the fornitures are not so modern, but mostly wooden, like the floors. I provide pillows, blankets, fresh 100% cotton bed linens and towels too. Guest access Entire apartment, except my own room, which is locked during hosting. Fast wifi Internet in the apartment. Playcards and chess available. A lot of books and comics (mostly in Italian or Slovenian language, few in English, Spanish and French). No tv set. In the rear there is a PARKING space, but not always a free place. If the parking place in the rear is full, you can park in the streets around the block on working days (0,70 euro/hour), free from 7pm to 7am, or in the nearby parking lot. Other things to note Before to enter Slovenia with your car, remember to buy the Slovenian vignette! I am a smoker and, even if I am not at home and the flat has been clean, refreshed (I use natural lavender essential oil to do it) and smoke-free for days, people sensitive to smoke may prefer a total no-smoking property.
