The Villa Alpa is located near the beach in the Umag-Punta area preferred by tourists, due to the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The area is quiet but still central. Close to the tennis courts where the renowned Umag Open Croatia ATP tennis tournament has been taking place for years. The house offers 7 apartments for 2 to 4 + 2 people and a roof terrace with Jacuzzi. The space Apartment 5 of 42 mq in Villa Alpa is located on the first floor of the house. Furnished with care and love in a modern style to make you feel at home. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), a wardrobe, two bedside tables with night lamps, chest of drawers with a mirror. The complete bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet and hairdryer, and two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer area, electric stove with 2 ceramic glass hobs, smoke extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, plates, and cutlery, table dining room with 4 chairs. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, an air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area, exit to the 6sqm covered terrace overlooking the garden, furnished with a table, and 4 chairs. Laundry service on request for a fee. The beach and bathing facilities just 400 meters away can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The beaches are varied for all tastes: sandy, natural rocky, with concrete or pebble plates, and with vegetation and trees near the coast, just walk a few hundred meters to choose the type of beach you prefer. The house is located on the 730 sqm plot with a small garden with children's games, free private parking in front of the house, a large terrace on the roof of the house equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and two outdoor whirlpools each for 6 people (2x2 m), all available to the guests of the house for shared use and free of charge. Reservation for use is required upon arrival for whirlpool baths (use is possible twice a day for one hour per apartment). The house offers 7 apartments for rent, one of which is for 2 people, 3 for 2 + 2 people, and 3 for 4 + 2 people. For paid bicycles ask the owner for the cost and availability. Guest access The outdoor area of Villa Alpa leaves nothing to be desired. A 730 m² property with a small garden featuring a play area for children, free private parking, and a large rooftop terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor whirlpool (for 6 people) is available for guests to enjoy. Use of the whirlpool follows a set schedule available in each apartment. Each apartment has the exclusive opportunity to use the whirlpool for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon according to the schedule. If an apartment does not use its reserved time, that slot – by prior arrangement – may be used by guests from another apartment. Other things to note *Pets are not allowed. * Final cleaning to be paid upon arrival €60 in cash * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We ask our kind guests: - to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the accommodation equipment with caution, - to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay. * Personalized transport is possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)
