The space This property is within a short walking distance to everything Angaston while assuring peace, tranquility and privacy. We offer versatility, whether catering for families, small groups of friends or even holding your own small private garden function. You have sufficient space for two families. Please let us know if you require bedding alterations. We are more than happy to substitute a queen bed for two additional single beds. We have a queen bedroom upstairs with your own private balcony. Downstairs, you have views over the garden and grounds from the dine. The setting goes well with your complimentary full breakfast. Cook this up in the full size kitchen or outdoors on the entertainment deck BBQ. We are even equipped with a juicer and coffee machine. The lounge room sets the scene for a quiet night in. Perhaps enjoy a movie from the DVD selection. Maybe we have your old favourite to watch while lounging in front of the combustion heater in addition to heating and cooling. If movies are not your thing, the karaoke style CD player complete with a light display will certainly inspire your singing. Just blue-tooth your tunes. We have indoor board games, a selection of DVDs and book exchange. The outdoor entertainment area offers privacy and versatility. You and your friends can enjoy a BBQ meal (please let us know if you would like a BBQ tray from our award winning butcher. We'll have that in the outdoor bar fridge next to the couple of beers or cider for the designated cook. You can all sit around the cedar outdoor setting, taking in the scenery or jump in the spa and relax. You have a wall mounted smart tv on a swivel for optimal viewing. Connect your laptop and watch your downloaded movie or take in the game. Now that you are all honorary Barossians please enjoy a complimentary bottle red or white wine with your cheese platter its a must. Shhh, by the way, we also popped some local treats in the kitchen freezer. How's the spa going? Melted away all your stressors? Perhaps the children have been entertaining themselves, exploring the grounds, climbing a tree or you are all exhausted after playing a game of hooky, bouche' or a family game of backyard cricket. The spa has magical salts, whispering to you, telling you the children are safely tucked away in bed. Couple time? Maybe you don't have children and are sitting back relaxing, considering whether the site will be available for your small private function or commitment ceremony. Please let us know if you require additional information, we have a list of preferred partners from marquees, florists, graphic designer, photographer, band/DJ, mobile kitchen catering equipment and essential toilet facilities to caterers, cars and personnel, including preferred security personnel. We have sufficient open lawned areas for your marquees, market umbrellas, chairs and tables, mobile catering kitchen, band for approx 50-150 guests. Please let us know if this is of interest to you. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, secure partially enclosed outdoor entertainment area with 8 person spa, BBQ facilities, bar fridge and wall mounted television. The grounds are a key feature of the property, providing ample opportunity to watch the native birds going about their daily routines or engage in a game of backyard cricket. During the winter months you can enjoy toasting some marshmallows over the bonfire drum. A good bonfire evokes relaxation and conversation. Other things to note We do have some friendly semi free range chooks on the property who are responsible for laying your breakfast eggs. Our seasonal fruit is pesticide free and available for you. Additionally you will have access to any seasonal vegetables and spices.
