#My place is close to Madh Island and having a peaceful environment in Mumbai. You’ll love my place because of the huge garden which is suitable for events and social gatherings. We do not provide it on rent for 31st december. Music is allowed till 10 pm as per government laws. In between all the hustle and bustle in the city, not too far away from Mumbai, find a spacious, luxurious villa nestled in the heart of Madh Island! This contemporary villa is minutes away from the madh jetty. The space Bungalow which is located in Madh island Malad West and it is spread over 20000 sq ft with lush greenery and peaceful environment.The Bunglow is having 4 bedrooms and Hall with Kitchen area.It is suitable for events and small gatherings.Three rooms are air conditioned . We have 35 vehicle parking and capacity of 250 people gathering. We also provide it on rent for marriages, one day picnic and any family occasions. Guest access Guest can access to whole bungalow. We have three care takers available at the venue itself. We can hold functions such as wedding, kitty parties, birthday celebrations , sangeet , mehendi, haldi upto 250 people.We also provide it on rent for pre wedding shoot. Check in timings are 12 pm and check out timings are 10 am next day morning. If you vacate the venue after 10 am extra charges would be levied. Other things to note We do provide catering services for minimum 15 guests upto 250 guests. Serving liquor is strictly prohibited. Drugs or any other illegal activities strictly prohibited. Strict action will be  taken against offenders by the local law authority
