Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms on 2nd floor - master and second bedroom with a double bed. Open area on second floor with L shaped queen size sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Basement level: Finished with Queen Futon converts to Queen sized bed and single daybed and three piece bathroom suite with glass walk in shower enclosure. Laundry: facilities available-front loading washer and Dryer and ironing board. Clothes drying foldaway rack available on 2nd level –folded up and stored behind closet outside Second floor bathroom. Beautiful west facing covered front porch with wicker 5 piece to lounge in the afternoon sun. All utilities, local TV, streaming services, and wireless internet included. Central air conditioning. Fold up travel baby crib in under stairs closet on main floor- available on request. Non-smokers. Air-conditioning: Toronto can get very humid/hot from the lake-effect, in summer/early fall. We have central air that is controlled by a thermostat in the bookcase on the main floor. There are 3 settings ( heat, cool and off) and temperature can be adjusted with up down arrows and pressing the hold button.
