Beautiful lake home on crystal clear Crystal Lake. Our home is less than 2 years old and all set for your holiday with family and friends. Relaxing, five-minute drive to the quaint Elkhart Lake downtown area overflowing with waterfront restaurants. 3 miles from Road America international race track and 19 miles from world renowned Whistling Straits golf course. The space OUR HOME: Our home captures the charm of an older, lake home but with all the comforts of modern amenities. It is very spacious and airy with an abundance of windows on the lakeside and the wetlands on the opposite side. Our home has the great combination of large gathering areas like the living room, dining room, backyard and deck, but also small private areas like our screened in porch and game room. SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: Master bedroom offers a king size bed with Restoration Hardware linens. Upstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin bed in the same room with Pottery Barn linens. Third bedroom has a queen size bed with Anthropologie linens. Twin day bed also available in the screened in porch. An extra double size automatic blow up mattress is also available for two extra guests. BATHROOMS: Spacious master bath with deluxe shower including rain shower head, standard head and hand held. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with tub. Downstairs powder room has easy access coming in off the lake. KITCHEN: We love to cook and have family feasts, so the kitchen is fully equipped, and we have place settings for twelve. We have a built-in Thermador coffee maker so you can have barista coffee each morning. LIVING SPACES: Open floor plan where kitchen spills into dining room and living room. Screened in porch perched up overlooking the lake. Private back yard and deck with gas grill perfect for outdoor dining and good conversation. Quiet balcony in the front overlooking the peaceful wetlands. CRYSTAL LAKE: We have over 100 feet of frontage on one of the cleanest lakes you will find in Wisconsin. We have two piers for usage, abundant shoreside seating, a firepit, and two kayaks for your pleasure. No wake is observed each morning, each evening and every Sunday so it is ideal for swimming and peaceful relaxation. We have mosquitos professionally sprayed for so we can enjoy the lake well into the evening. GUEST ACCESS: Except for garage and one family closet, guests have complete access to the house, deck, driveway, backyard and lake. We love hosting and sharing our corner of paradise!
