It is located front beach in Valencia and very well connected by bus with the city center (just 20 minutes by a bus that stops in front of the house). The good weather in Valencia makes very easy to spend time in the open air all year round. The luxury pool and little garden will take most of your time. Close to the perfectly equipped kitchen it is the dining area and some relaxing sofas separated from the pool by a crystal wall that can be open when you want. On the other side of the kitchen and at the entrance of the house there is the sitting room with 2 comfortable sofas-bed and a bar. There is also a toilete. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with a bathroom ensuite each. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms have bunkbeds. From the master bedroom you will see beautiful sunrises similar to the one you see at the pictures. When you are staying in this villa the owners will help you (on demand) to: -Pick you at the airport -Buy for you the tickets for Biopark, City of Arts and Sciences, Touristic bus, Opera, Theater, etc -Organise daily breakfast and/or daily cleaning Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the house Other things to note If you want to use the pool from November to April please let me know.
