Village gîte on the banks of the Loire

Located in the municipality of Montjean sur Loire (charming Loire village), we offer the rental of our characterful cottage. The space On the ground floor, a large, fully equipped 35 m² kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and household appliances) serves a large, bright living-dining room where you can relax in front of a stone fireplace. The floor offers 4 bedrooms: - two bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a 90 cm bed in one of them. - two bedrooms with bunk beds, plus a trundle bed in one of them. - a sofa bed on the mezzanine - A sofa bed in the living room (ground floor) The bathroom with shower and bathtub and double sink is located upstairs. The house is equipped with 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The cottage offers private parking as well as a fenced and independent garden of 500 m2. A trampoline, garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal. Ps: Linens are not included in the rate, except for a surcharge. 10 euros per bed. A cleaning package of 60 euros is offered if necessary. Wood for the fireplace is not provided. "For your information, you can get it at the Carrefour Contact or a nearby supermarket, about 7 euros per bag." A little clarification about the accommodation It is an old house with tuffeau tiles, parquet flooring, lime and hemp plaster, and exposed beams. Thank you for your kindness and do not confuse cleanliness with materials. Guest access The cottage offers private parking (maximum capacity 6 vehicles) Other things to note Family and friends gatherings are welcome, but we will ask you not to play music outdoors and to keep it moderate indoors. This accommodation is a place of conviviality, not to be confused with a party room. Please be mindful of the neighborhood! Linens and towels are not provided. We offer sheets for an extra 10 euros per bed and 15 euros with towels. check-in and check-out times are flexible if no stays overlap. Otherwise, check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. the cleaning must be done (the cottage must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived, ready to be rented again). If you wish, a cleaning fee of 60 euros is offered. You may be asked for the package if the premises are not returned in good condition.
