In the 80’s, the apartment used to be an Art studio of some of the most famous italian artists. In the immediate area there are many bars and restaurants (sometimes you can hear music and people chatting on the street). The apartment is located on the third floor of a nice antique building with no elevator (there are three flights of a spiral stair to climb (about 60 steps)). As you enter, you will find a pleasant living area, with a sofa and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a sink, WC, bidet and a shower.
