The space This duplex home/apartment is located in a quiet street in Byron and is an easy walk to the town centre and Clarke's beach. There is on-street parking but there is no need to use the car as you are so close to everything. Guest access You will have your own room with a beautifully comfortable bed. This is the second of two rooms available to rent and both are on the upper level of the apartment with a private bathroom upstairs also. You would only have to share the bathroom if both guest rooms are occupied, otherwise it is solely yours! Remember you are staying in a unit where the host lives, not booking the whole unit There is a door-to-door shuttle bus service available from both Ballina and Coolangatta airports. You are welcome to use the downstairs living room and a breakfast basket is provided for you to enjoy, as well as tea, coffee, and slice. Cooking is only available for guests staying longer providing they are happy to clean up afterwards and arrange with host The host works part-time, in which case the key will be available in a coded lock box. During your stay I will be available to welcome you most of the time and am happy to offer you as much help as needed to make your stay a memorable one. I give my guests space but am accessible when needed. Other things to note Host lives in unit as well but has downstairs bedroom and en suite and will not impose on guests upstairs.
