The flat is very nice and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, perfect for those who want to discover the beauties of Alghero and back home to relax with family or friends. It comprises a bedroom (with a double bed and a wardrobe), a living room (with a double sofa bed), a bunk-bed in the alcove, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and two balconies with tables and chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just read a book. The dining area includes a big dining table with chairs, a gas stove, an oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The area around the apartment offers everything you ask for a relaxing vacation. Near the residence there are supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc… and the location is excellent for exploring the lovely old town of Alghero, which is approx. 20 min walk (and in few minutes by bus - it runs every 30 minutes). Moreover, the Lido San Giovanni is only 50mt away, so you don't need to take neither the bus nor a bicycle, but just your sandals and your towel and your are on the beach! But what if you sometimes will not feel like going to the beach?… Don't worry! Within the residence complex there is a big swimming pool*, where you can swim or take a sunbath. What else… we are really looking forward to host you! And don't forget: Alghero, thanks to its geographical position, has more hours of sunshine than any other part of Italy! ;) Other things to note - * The swimming pool is normally open from middle June to the beginning of September (Opening time: 10.30h-14.00h; 16.30h-19.30h) - An air conditioner is installed in the bedroom - Bed linens and towels are provided - If needed we can pick you up at the airport with our MPV. For this service we ask just a lump sum refund for the fuel - For those who have a car there's a big FREE parking area just behind the apartment (that's the square at the end of Via Sicilia). It's OUTSIDE of the residence but connected to it through a gate, that you can open with our magnetic card. - If you want to discover the city of Alghero by bike, we will be happy to provide you with a list of trusted bike rentals - Both bathroom and kitchenette have been completely renovated on May 2014.
