Authentic stone house Tananova, old city center

If you appreciate history, this 16th century house is a real experience for you. This charming apartment with lots of character is situated in walking zone, in the heart of Baška, so you can feel the real rhythm of life in this small village (including some street noise during the peak of the tourist season). Beach is just 30 m away, as well as restaurants, coffee shops and harbor. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the pedestrian zone, free parking for our guests is also very close. The space If you like to spend your holiday in a house with long history, which was build in 16th century, this is the house for you. At first, the house belonged to nobles from Senj, who built it as his summer house. The apartment is decorated in the old style, with a pleasant old-fashioned details, because I like to keep the spirit of past times in tribute to all this generation that once lived there. Since the house is situated in the old part of town, where is no traffic, free private parking is located 100 meters away at the closest possible location. At the same time, all you need is close: restaurants, shops, harbor... To the nearest beach you can walk in a bathing suit because it is located only 20 meters away. This apartment is suitable for a family with max 1 older kid or just for 2 adults. Also it is not suitable for infants and smaller kids, because of stairs. In case you need more space, you can also rent my studio apartment located in the same house. Guest access Apartment has two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen with living room and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... There is an extra bed too. Upstairs is a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with terrace and lovely sea view. Access to the apartment is by external stairs and before entrance there is a small terrace covered with grapes. Please, use just half of this terrace for your needs, because the other half belongs to the residents next door. If the grapes are ripe during your stay, feel free to pick them and eat. :) Other things to note The rental license limits the number of guests to a maximum of 2, eventually plus maximum 2 kids, regardless of the age of any of guests (each person counts in the number of guests, applies also to infants). A mandatory law requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.
