The space Located in the residential village of Abba Urci, close to the town of Marina di Tertenia (in the Ogliastra region), it is the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. The house is composed of two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds; two bathrooms both with shower; a big living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen; and it comes with all comforts such as TV, A/C, mosquito nets. Outdoors there is a wide patio with dining table, bamboo sofa and armchairs that will allow you to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. Within the private courtyard framed by rosemary, myrtle and bougainvillea, you'll also find a barbecue area and small bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine. The pool with sea view is located in the common area in front of the private courtyard and it's shared with the occupants of three other neighboring houses. In the common area of the village, the following are available free of charge for guests: tennis court, five-a-side football pitch, bowls court, and beach volleyball court. Within easy reach and with direct access from Abba Urci residence, you'll find the Shardan lounge bar and restaurant. Within a short walking distance, you can reach the wonderful white sand beach of Foxi Manna. By car, it's easy to visit the several beautiful small bays located in the Marina di Tertenia area. Furthermore, just a few kilometers away you'll find the famous beaches of Marina di Gairo, Cea, Lido di Orrì, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè, Costa Rei, Villasimius and many more! In the common garden in front of the private garden, there is a swimming pool with a sea view to share with three other families. In the common area of the village, a tennis court, soccer field, bocce court and beach volleyball are available free of charge to guests. A short distance away and with direct access from the Abba Urci residence is the Shardan Lounge bar and restaurant. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful beach of fine white sand of Foxi Manna. By car, you can reach other wonderful coves in the locality of Marina di Tertenia. A few kilometers away you can reach Marina di Gairo, Cea, Lido di Orrì, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè, Costa Rei, the beaches of Villasimius and many more!
