A wonderful private 2-bedroom/2 bathroom villa with infinity swimming pool with truly spectacular seaviews! Total relaxation, still being very close to all kinds of amenities (shops, restaurants, watersports etc)! May walk downhill to the beach. The space Villa Meliti is a lovely 2-bed/2-bath villa, totally independent and completely private. It features a private infinity swimming pool, garden area with bbq and truly amazing sea views. It is located uphill, above Perigiali village (hence these wonderful seaviews), next to nature and only 1km away from cosmopolitan Nydri. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the second double bedroom and bathroom can be found. Normal villa occupancy is for 4 guests but another two can sleep at the living room’s sofa bed, hence total occupancy can go up to 6. While some guests prefer relaxing at the villa and using taxis for shopping trips, having your own vehicle makes exploring much easier. You can easily walk downhill to the beach, though the climb back up is a bit of a workout! The final stretch of the road is quite steep, so a car with decent power is ideal. That steep climb, however, is the secret to our unbeatable, breathtaking views that make the drive up 100% worth it! Other things to note The views of the small green 'princes islands' including the Greek tycoon's Onassis island named Scorpios are simply unique! The villa is located at a quiet spot, just above the seafront village of Perigiali (500m), hence enjoying these stunning seaviews! Although some effort might be needed walking uphill to reach the villa on the way back from the beach, the closest beach is just a 10-min walk downhill. The villa is conveniently enjoying total privacy and quiet, yet it is so close (only 1km) to all watersports, boat excursions, restaurants, shops and conveniences of cosmopolitan Nydri.
