Double ensuite room in farmhouse nr Aberdeen

Lochend Farmhouse is set in a beautiful, peaceful rural location with fantastic views across Aberdeen & surrounding countryside to the sea. The house has 3 guest rooms in a self-contained area of the house. The rooms are listed separately. All rooms have double beds, tea/coffee, fridge, TV and wifi. This room has an ensuite wet room. Cooking and laundry facilities are available. The space Lovely and quiet rural location but within 5 minutes drive of Aberdeen and close to many tourist attractions. 15-minute drive to the airport. There is an oven, grill, microwave, fridge and freezer available to all guests and a fridge & tea & coffee-making facilities in the guest rooms. Breakfast items will be provided if desired. During your stay I will always be available to guests to help with any local information, general enquiries etc etc. Other things to note I do have cats - they are very friendly - so please be aware of that in case a) you don't like cats! or b) you have an allergy.
