<Beau Jardin>Charming guest house with half-timbering

Vacances en France 🇫🇷 For families with kids – welcome! 💕 No Wi-Fi :) Historic, lovingly renovated barn, sustainably and modernly furnished. Private terrace, large garden. Relax en Alsace French flair in a small Alsatian village, close to the border, surrounded by a nature reserve. KA 20 km, SXB 50 km, shopping in Seltz (2 km). An information booklet is available. The space Ground floor: Cozy living room with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove. Bright dining area with a gorgeous pine wood table. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to the terrace and the natural garden. Very well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and a large fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. Upper floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m) and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Cozy reading corner. The sofa in the living room downstairs can quickly be converted into a sleeping place for 2 more guests (1.50 m x 2.00 m). Guest access Guests in our guest house enjoy access to a beautiful garden and a private terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, large parasol and barbecue). In front of the entrance is a dining table under an old maple tree – perfect for outdoor dining in nice weather. In another corner under the roof is the grill, including all grill utensils. You can simply place the grill where you'd like it to go. Other things to note There is a wooden staircase from the first floor to the bedrooms (see photos).
