The apartment is located in the most popular district of Freiburg!In the living room there is a sofa bed + topper. The bedroom is (separately) equipped with a comfortable 180 box spring bed. Covered balcony with fantastic views of the Wasserschlössle / Sternwald. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. Guests say: Feeling like being at home :-) The apartment was recently (September 2025) completely renovated with new flooring, etc. (Bedroom is still pending), The balcony = newly furnished The space Urbanity and yet in the countryside. The apartment is located in the beautiful Wiehre in Freiburg. (Wikipedia) The Wiehre has an excellent infrastructure with all shopping facilities, many restaurants with beer gardens, cafes, galleries, a municipal cinema, boules courts, tennis, lounger/barbecue lawn, mini golf, paddle boats on the forest lake... the Loretttobad, the only women's bath in Europe on one side, on the other side a family bath. Pharmacies, doctors etc. Via public transport there are excursions in all directions. The Wiehre train station is a 5-minute walk away. From there, trains run to Freiburg central station or to the Black Forest. Titisee, Hinterzarten, Feldberg. (Bicycles may be taken along) The Wiehre is an old, grown-up neighborhood, surrounded by forest and meadows. Charming due to the many Art Nouveau villas with the beautiful gardens. In front of the house is a newly designed playground, equipped with large wooden tables and seating, where you can comfortably eat your own food. Or as a special feature, a mobile café with special coffee specialties, cakes and drinks comes to the house every day. Vacation feeling in the middle of the city!! The apartment is located in a quiet playground, opposite the water castle, which offers a fantastic illuminated backdrop in the evening. The city center can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour. The apartment has one bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A living room with a large sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, etc. Free Internet access. A fully equipped kitchen again with dining area. There is parking in front of the house with a parking ticket. A few meters from the house you can park for free. Guest access The apartment is used by the guests alone. Other things to note Especially for families with children, the Wiehre is the best address in Freiburg. There are countless possibilities right in the neighborhood or within walking distance, by train, bicycle... But also guests who want peace and quiet and still want liveliness and variety are in good hands here.
