Has a separate private bathroom with a hot shower. You enter the unique bedrooms through glass sliding doors, which have blackout curtains for long morning sleeps and privacy. We hope to provide the details that make a difference. Private furnished deck space towards the sea. No entrance directly to the beach from the house. Your rooms come with a microwave and an air fryer for easy cooking and an outside sink. For sharing your holiday with family & friends, book upstairs two bedrooms (no 1 and no 2) and add the ground floor bedroom, all spaces are under one roof. The fully equipped kitchen, the decks, and three bedrooms are within arm’s reach. All seasoned with love throughout to the smallest details. Please note that there are dogs around the property. We recommend leaving a light on at night so the dogs can recognize that it’s you approaching the house, as the road is dark. They may bark until they realize it’s you—just five dogs being dogs. And we suggest keeping shoes inside the room just in case. We do not take responsibility for shoes left outside IF the dogs feel like running off with them Guest access At our home, you will discover the real atmosphere of Thailand, in a small village tucked away from the tourist crowds. Our road, leading to the house doesn’t have much light at night, and in the daytime, the sun makes it very hot. We recommend you rent a scooter during your stay to easily get your way around. As much as this is a place for just putting your feet up and enjoying our location you can experience many local food places along the road in the little village and you have seven eleven and cafes as well. In the village, there is a laundry service. 10 min from the house you have the boat pier with boats out to the nearby Islands Our closest is Railay, with white beaches and amazing water. With the local bus, you reach Ao nang in 15 min and Krabi in 45 min. More Western food options and shopping. For your convenience, let us arrange a transfer at your arrival port to us for a service fee. The sea is dark we recommend use touches to also awear the dogs you coming in to the house During your stay To assist you during your stay, between me, and my husband, I will always be reachable 24 /7. by 1: phone, message or what's app We might not always be home at the house as we are both working, but we are always reachable Let me know if you need earlier check-in or later check-out We like to be flexible to meet your needs if we can to meet your needs Other things to note In times like these, when the world is experiencing so much change, our secluded home with sea views and a warm, homely feeling offers the perfect hideaway—its own kind of magic. To help our guests reduce rental costs, we do not include a housekeeping fee in our prices. During your stay, cleaning equipment is available for your use, and you will find extra bedding and towels in your closet. NOTE: children staying must be accompanied by adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times The 6 dogs who live on our property occasionally bark, especially at night. Like most dogs, they sometimes react to sounds at night, like other dogs at the front beach, which we cannot completely control We always aim to be transparent, so you know what to expect The dogs are usually quiet, but there may be periods when they bark more, especially if they notice movements or sounds around the property. At other times, it’s completely peaceful Kindly note that any damage to shoes, socks, or other personal items left outside the room will not be compensated. We recommend keeping such items in your room to ensure their safety. Please also note that we live close to nature, which means there may be tropical animals, insects, or bugs in the area. Seasonal caterpillars may appear, and mosquitoes are mostly present after dark. We have hornbill birds nearby, and from time to time monkeys may be on the roof. Very rarely, a snake or scorpion may be seen—this is simply part of living close to nature in a tropical country. Using bug spray when leaving the house will help keep the room insect-free. Every corner of the house offers a sea view, though there is no direct beach access from the property. You can reach the beach via Joy Beach Bar in the village. For adventurous guests, we also offer climbing, caving, and rappelling experiences, as we are the owners of Hot Rock Climbing School on Railay Beach.
