Owl's Barn, our BoltHole by the Sea

Owl's Barn is a cosy yet contemporary open plan Barn with stunning views across the coastline towards the Dart Estuary. Just a few short miles outside Dartmouth, Owl's Barn is situated in the lovely village of Strete. The space Owl's Barn sleeps 4/5 people it has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, plus a single. There is also a house bathroom with shower. To make the most our lovely views the layout of our Barn is upside down so the living area is upstairs and open plan split level which means the accommodation is not suitable for toddlers. There is a balcony and patio area with table and chairs. Guest access Arrival time after 4pm, departure by 10am .Owl's Barn is located in the picturesque county of Devon in the little village of Strete. This tranquil setting makes Owl's Barn perfect for a getaway all year round. Other things to note There is a patio and garden area. This is not fenced off, so although we welcome dogs (one well behaved dog only - by prior arrangement), it is not possible to allow them to roam outside. Just down the road there is a wonderful community area, with spectacular views and just as importantly a dog poop bin. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PETS ON THE FURNITURE.
