A Patù in Corte – La Corte

The complex is part of an old farmhouse renovated by the architect Luca Zanaroli. The apartment is in the heart of the historical center of Patù, in front of the historic Piazza Indipendenza, a few minutes from the sea and the major centers of historical and cultural interest. The space The Renaissance court is accessed from Piazza Indipendenza. Here you can enjoy Patù in complete privacy, with its atmosphere rich in history, with its proximity to the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian and Adriatic coast. The apartment leads into the ancient courtyard enclosed by high walls, through a staircase, you go up to the solarium that overlooks the roofs of the small village of Patù, where you can spend your evenings under the stars in absolute privacy. Here, you'll find a table, chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue. From the courtyard, through an ancient door, we find ourselves in the living room, with a fireplace and a perfectly equipped kitchen, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, after which, we proceed to the spacious master bedroom and the bathroom with a shower.
