If you need cleaning Cleaning fee is 700 baht per time. Guest access Kitchen is on the first floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen as long as you keep it clean and turn off the gas and light after use. Lobby area is allowed to access 24hrs. Please turn off the air-con after use. The washing room on the second floor is not allow to access. Other things to note For monthly rate electricity and water will be separate. Electricity: 8baht per unit. Water 20baht per unit.
