Description

This two-bedroom, bright and spacious, garden level suite is on the lower floor of a house with a separate entrance from the back lane. The suite is in a central location, quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to Park Royal Mall, Ambleside Beach, bus stop, restaurants, coffee shops, community center, and close to downtown, Stanley Park, local mountains, and ski hills. The space Spacious, bright and sunny ground level suite is the lower floor of a 3 level house with a separate entrance from the backyard at a quiet, peaceful, and central location in West Vancouver with easy access to all life/vacation amenities. A carport and one more parking space plus wireless high speed internet is also available. There are a queen bed and a crib in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other for the extra guests. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can be used for the fifth guest. This is a no smoking and no pet house. The location is great. Ocean, mountain, and city views all available. You can walk to Ambleside beach or to the Village and high class mall at Park Royal, soccer fields, baseball court. It is 10 min drive to downtown Vancouver and a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, community center. Many entertainments and sport activities are very close to this house, such as ski resorts (Cypress, Grouse Mountain and Seymour), biking roots, hiking trails and surfing on the ocean. The house is about 15 minutes to Horseshoe Bay( BC Ferries to Vancouver Island), 50 minutes to Tsawwassen (BC Ferries to Victoria) and about 80 minutes to Whistler. Guest access This unit has its own entrance and a small patio in front of the unit and the backyard of the house. The guest may enter the house from the main street and get the side walk of the building to get to the suite entrance in the backyard or they can easily enter the house from the back lane, park their car in the carport area and enter the unit from their own entrance. Other things to note Be prepared for the weather condition and for the sports/ entertainments you wish to have here.
