The room has its own shower room. The condo is located in an upscale community near the Festival Mall in Bel Air, 10 min drive to Edgewood, 25 min to Aberdeen PG, 25 min to Baltimore, 15 min to White Marsh malls and 5 min to Hartford mall. The space The room is available for rent for a minimum period of 1 month. It is provided furnished. You might be sharing the condo with me or another person, but most of the time we are away on business. Guest access You will have access through the back of the building, it is more convenient. The condo is on the first floor so it is easy to move in luggage, no need to carry luggage up or down stairs. During your stay I or my representative will be available to support your stay. Guests will have access to common areas within the condo, such as kitchen, living room, laundry room and breakfast room. Please be considerate of others, if they are present, leave things clean after each use, it will foster a nice comfortable environment. Other things to note To stay in this area you need private transportation. You need to have a car or have a rental car. Public transportation like buses run very slow. It takes 1 hr to Baltimore by bus, only 20 min by car. The 410 bus by the Festival Mall can take you to down town Baltimore Light St. Also the Marc train station at Edgewood is only 12 min drive.
