The villa has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one spacious and one with shower and bidet). IMPORTANT: The independent 100-square-meter annex (see themed room), with private kitchen and bathroom, IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT BUT CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY. The villa is equipped with WiFi, TV, heat pumps, linen, and all the comforts for a perfect stay. The space IMPORTANT: The central body has two double bedrooms plus a bedroom with a single bed to accommodate 5 people comfortably. Inside this room there is a sofa bed with a square and a half that can be used to accommodate a sixth person if necessary. In the garden, with large spaces and a large swimming pool, with flowers there is also an ecological garden available to guests. The pool and garden may be shared with any guests in the annex (maximum 2). It is possible, upon request, to rent the entire space exclusively.
